    I am having a problem with your audio documentary. I can’t hear it. Do I need to update an app or is the problem on your site?

    • No, it’s there. Go to the Soundcloud website and click on the FAQ section. You should see something that says “I can’t hear my audio in Safari.” You will have to unclick something in advanced settings, and it will tell you how to do it.
